I. SERVICE DELIVERY POLICY
10SAP is committed to providing efficient and transparent residential fit-out solutions services through its online platform 10sap.com and its mobile application. Our service delivery process includes:
Estimate Generation: Clients receive a preliminary scope calculation through our algorithm-based system after submitting their property details and preferences.
Site Verification: Once the floor plan and initial fee are submitted, a site visit is scheduled to verify the provided data.
Contractor Selection: After verification, a suitable contractor is selected from our vetted network.
Supervision: Supervision is included if 60% of the project fee is paid upfront or if the project is financed through our partners. Additional supervision can be added for a fee.
Three-Party Contract: A formal agreement is signed by the client, contractor, and 10SAP outlining scope, specifications, timelines, and payment terms.
Clients are expected to provide accurate data and cooperate during the site visit and execution phases to ensure timely and quality service.

II. Refund and Cancellation Policy:
10SAP’s refund and cancellation policies are designed to balance fairness and transparency:

  • Before Work Begins: Clients cancelling before work commences may be eligible for a refund minus a 10% administrative fee.
  • After Work Begins: If cancellation occurs after work starts, the client is liable for incurred costs plus a 20% cancellation fee.
  • Provider-Initiated Cancellations: If 10SAP or the contractor cancels the project for valid reasons, the client will be refunded after deducting the cost of completed work.
  • All cancellations must be submitted in writing.

Refunds are processed within 30 business days via the original payment method.

III. Data Privacy & Protection Policy
10SAP respects privacy and ensures the confidentiality of its client data.

  • Collection: We collect data such as contact details, floor plans, and fit-out preferences to deliver personalized services.
  • Usage: This data is used to estimate project costs, manage execution, and communicate updates.
  • Protection: We implement strict technical and organizational measures to prevent unauthorized access or misuse.
  • Third-Party Sharing: Data is only shared with contractors involved in your project and under confidentiality agreements.
  • Rights: Clients preserve the right to request access, correction, or deletion of your data at any time.

IV. Terms and Conditions

  • By accessing our website and utilizing our services, customers tacitly agree to comply with all terms and policies stipulated herein, including any subsequent amendments.
  • The company reserves the right to amend or update these terms and conditions at its sole discretion, without prior notice. Any revisions will be published on the official website, and continued use of the services constitutes acceptance of these updates.
  • All customer orders are considered offers to purchase products or services. The company reserves the right to accept or decline orders for reasons such as:
