10SAP Site Visit Policy
The Online Site Visit Policy outlines 10SAP’s approach to managing and conducting virtual site visits requested by clients through the 10SAP platform. This policy ensures that all visits are scheduled and executed with professionalism, transparency, and consistency across all service areas.
Clients requesting an online site visit must first submit complete residential unit information through any of 10SAP’s digital platforms. While optional, clients are encouraged to upload their unit AutoCAD file ahead of the visit to assist the Architectural Specialist in preparation. All visit requests must be submitted at least 48 hours in advance. Once received, the 10SAP Customer Service team will contact the client within two working days to confirm the appointment. The confirmation will include the visit time, location details, and payment instructions.
A standard fee of EGP 1,000 is applicable for site visits conducted within the covered service zones, which include Cairo, Alexandria, and the North Coast. Payment must be completed to secure the scheduled appointment.
During the site visit, the 10SAP team will verify all previously submitted measurements and the Bill of Quantities recorded on the application. This step is crucial to ensure accuracy before finalizing the quotation and proceeding to the contract signature stage. Clients may revise their original requests by adding, removing, or modifying items based on new insights gathered during the visit. Any changes will be documented and updated directly on the platform by 10SAP’s Customer Service team.
Following any amendments, a new quotation will be issued and formally attached to the final contract for signature. This ensures full transparency and agreement on scope, pricing, and deliverables between both parties before work begins.
By following this policy, 10SAP aims to deliver a clear, fair, and professional digital experience that supports effective decision-making and maintains service quality across all projects.
10SAP Site Visit Violation Policy
To ensure service quality and operational efficiency, 10SAP enforces a formal Violation Policy applicable to all online site visit requests and interactions. This policy outlines specific actions that may result in restrictions on service, the loss of visit privileges, or full or partial forfeiture of the site visit fee. Below is the listing of common violations:
- Clients who cancel a confirmed visit with less than 24 hours’ notice, or fail to attend the scheduled appointment without prior notice, will forfeit the full amount of the site visit fee.
- If a site visit is requested without completing the required payment, the visit will not be scheduled or confirmed by 10SAP.
- Any unprofessional, abusive, or threatening behavior directed at 10SAP’s Architectural Specialists or support staff during the site visit will lead to suspension from 10SAP’s site visit services.
- In cases where clients record the site visit or 10SAP personnel without prior consent, the service will be suspended, and a partial refund of the site visit fee may be withheld at the sole discretion of 10SAP.
Each violation case will be reviewed individually, and disciplinary actions will be applied based on the nature, severity, and recurrence of the violation.
Clients who wish to appeal any decision may submit a written request to 10SAP’s Customer Service Channel via whatsapp within (5) five business days from the date of receiving the violation notice.
The appeal will be investigated, and a final decision will be communicated to the client in writing.
